A resort located in Gan Island, former British Royal Air Force base, in Addu Atoll, ,  located south of equator,  with a string of islands linked by road, making overland excursions possible, unlike islands in any other atoll in Maldives traversed by sea.  The atoll is renowned for virgin reefs, varied and richly colourfull.
