He was promoted to the post of the Chief Airport Representative in 1995. He ensures the guests are met on arrival and departure, liaising with the resorts and communicating with the guests to ensure a smooth and hassle free trip.

He is instrumental in creating the company’s highly efficient reservations systems. His experience, punctuality, attention to detail and coolness under pressure have been vital to the company’s success.
